My Location

My practice is based in Rinnaney, Foxford, Co. Mayo (F26 FC78). The space offers a safe, secure and confidential environment where you can feel comfortable and supported. Online sessions are also available for clients across Ireland and further afield, giving you the flexibility to access therapy from wherever feels right for you.

I work with clients from across Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo. Whether you're based in Ballina, Castlebar, Swinford, Charlestown, Ballaghaderreen, Crossmolina, Knock, Claremorris, Westport, Ballyhaunis, Boyle, Sligo town, Tubbercurry or Ballymote, my counselling in Mayo is accessible both in person at my Foxford practice and online.
